Hur kan jag kontakta er?

If you need to get in touch with our customer service, you can do so by emailing us at store@bellos.se. Please note that our team is available during the following hours, except on Swedish public holidays: Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm CET.

Min produkt behöver lagas?

Simply email store@bellos.se and we’ll look into this for you. When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Vilka betalningsmetoder finns tillgängliga?

We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna. For customers in Sweden, there is the option to pay via Klarna Account or Klarna Invoice. When purchasing through Klarna, no extra invoice fees are added.

Prices are stated in SEK. Shipping costs are not included in the price but are added as an extra fee. The stated amount is only reserved on your account until we have confirmed that your order is available. As we respect your privacy, your payment information will be automatically removed from our system as soon as your purchase is completed. All transactions are handled by Shopify Payments, which ensures secure online transactions. We strive to handle your personal and payment information as securely as possible, but in the event that a third party were to gain unauthorized access to our customer data, we cannot be held responsible for any potential loss.

Är priserna samma online som i butiken?

The prices are the same online as in the store, with some exceptions that apply to sale products, offers, or campaigns. All prices on the Bello’s are stated in SEK.

Jag har inte fått min orderbekräftelse?

When ordering from Bello’s, we send a confirmation to your email address. Please note that it is very important that you provide a valid email address in order for you to receive your order confirmation. If you are missing an order confirmation, contact our customer service at store@bellos.se.

Kan jag avbryta min beställning?

To cancel an order, contact our customer service at store@bellos.se.We can cancel depending on time as all orders are handled in turn. If we do not have time to cancel the order, you can make a return. You still always have 14 days of open purchase, should you not be at peace with your chosen product.
DELIVERY

Varifrån skickar ni?

We ship all orders from our store or from our warehouse outside Stockholm. You will be notified in the order confirmation email if a part of your order might be shipped from our warehouse and you will receive one or more emails containing your tracking number once each package has left us.

När kommer jag att få min beställning?

We strive to handle your ordered goods to the relevant forwarder as quickly as possible, usually within one to two working days. For overseas it usually takes 3 - 5 working days for the package to be shipped. We reserve ourselves for a longer handling process during sale periods. When the order has left our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email.

It usually takes between 1 - 3 business days for your package to be shipped domestically. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays as we cannot influence unexpected events during transport. If you want to track your shipment, visit www.postnord.se for domestic shipping or www.dhl.com/ for international shipping. Packages sent with DHL express are delivered to your home. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be delivered from your local post office. If you have any further questions, please email us at store@bellos.se and we will help you.

Levererar ni utanför Sverige och EU?

No. We distribute and deliver only in Sweden.

Vad kostar leveransen i Sverige?

Deliveries cost SEK 69. For orders over SEK 10,000, we offer free shipping.
RETURNS

Hur returnerar jag en produkt?

När du handlar online har du alltid 14 dagar från att du mottagit din beställning för att göra en retur.

Skor måste returneras i sin originalförpackning, som måste vara intakt eftersom vi betraktar förpackningen som en del av produkten. Väskor måste returneras i den medföljande tygpåsen, som måste vara intakt, eftersom vi betraktar tygpåsen som en del av produkten.

Observera att skor måste provas på en matta för att förhindra slitage om du vill returnera dem.

När ordervärdet överstiger 10 000 SEK är returer alltid kostnadsfria. Eftersom ordervärdet är under 10 000 SEK finns det en fraktkostnad på 69 SEK inom landet.

Returpaket måste skickas med Postnords förtryckta returetikett som ingår i paketet. Om det inte finns någon returetikett i paketet, kontakta oss innan du skickar din retur så får du en ny. Returer som inte skickas på detta sätt kan returneras till kunden.

Om du beställde din leverans hem med hemleverans av Budbee kan du också skicka tillbaka paketet på samma sätt. Du kan boka en retur själv via den spårningslänk du fick via SMS och välja vilken dag du vill att ditt paket ska hämtas upp. Det du behöver göra är att tejpa förpackningen och packa in den noggrant. Du behöver inte fästa någon returetikett på paketet, Budbee kommer att göra det när de hämtar upp ditt paket.

Du kan också välja att returnera din vara i butiken på (adressen till butiken).

När vi har mottagit din retur kommer den att behandlas så snart som möjligt, men alltid inom 30 dagar.

Som kund ansvarar du själv för att returnera den produkt du inte önskar behålla, och även för att säkerställa att din önskade returprodukt uppfyller Bello's Webshops villkor för retur.
